It begins to sell it last week.

However, it doesn't go out to WebSite of Futaba.?

As for the specification of Japan, the transmission output seems to be limited to 10mW.

It worries for a moment.

Where did you find the 10 mW number ?

Ishii Mokei lists the 2.4 GHz stuff as NOT BUYABLE or OUT OF STOCK still.

With proper antenna orientation, 10 mW should get you about 2500 feet - in the outback with a low noise floor. It won't be a problem for 3D helicoptering.

The authorization of the Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications is 12mw.

Is it the maximum and 2500 feet?
The US specification is heard 100mw.

Even wireless LAN of the same ISM band worries about the influence
because it is 31mw.

Well I fly in the great outback of north Georgia where the noise floor is very low. I get more than 600 feet in range check mode. For the US version there is a 23 dB drop in power which roughly translates into a factor of 14 between range check mode range and full power mode range. You need to calculate this factor for your 10-12 mW set. That gives in excess of 8400 feet full power range.

8400 divided by sqroot(10) = 2656 ft. - inverse square thing.

Now once again, our noise floor is very low. On the other hand, I can't see more than maybe 1000 feet anyway.

I notice that Ishii Mokei is advertising Futaba but not JR ?

The Japanese have never considered 2.4 GHz as a viable radio control system. This is due partly to local regulations and partly to technical considerations.

It is usually Japanese. However, 14MZ is possible the display switch to English. and the area code cannot usually be changed.
It is thought that I am one element that this area code controls the output of each country.
Do though other mechanisms might exist?

I notice that Ishii Mokei is now selling airborne 2.4 GHz stuff including the 10C in Japan. How is the range with the 12 mW output ?

Beats me ! This is the kind of thing you can measure with a spectrum analyzer in 3 minutes. There is worldwide confusion about how much power you can transmit on 2.4 GHz.

2.4 ghz power output, Japan, and availability

I now have unequivocal confirmation from Futaba USA and Japan...
The 2.4 Gig unit is the same power output of 100mW.
The references to the contrary are simply incorrect.

There is no difference whatsoever in the outputs of the two
units, and of course the regional locking still exists, as
is commonly known.

I received the Japanese module and special transmitter modified case
back for my FX 40 this week.
