| Next time it dosen't wanna start rotate the motor by hand 45deg and try again. I'm not sure if this applies to brushless but all the other electric motor's I've ever worked on can get "dead spots" on the armature and have a hard time getting started. Once started these run fine so if it starts fine after you rotate it then it's the motor or windings therein. If not, it's the esc. Take it to an electrical engineer or just toss it and buy a new one. Either that or it's gonna die midflight on you one of these days.
