i know the old concept 30 with the 3mm bolt hole used 530mm main blades but can anyone remember if you can use 550mm main blades

You would need to lengthen the tailboom. You can use the Century Hawk tailboom, the holes and slot is a perfect fit, and bend a loop in a longer piece of 1/16" music wire for the drive wire. Also lengthen the tailrotor control rod of course.
