| listen to Ray, he has been in the hobby a while longer than me, I'm not to good with vibes cause I have been very lucky with my Century 30/50s,,
if it's in the head and the shafts are new, maybe the Rotor Hub is slightly bent, or 1 of the Dampeners may not be seated properly, or the Paddles are not at equal distances,,
I know you said it starts at the head, but if you reused the Tail Output Shaft or Tail Hub one of them may be bent,
maybe the Torque Tube bearing is not centered, it should be centered on the Tube not the Boom,,
you sure your Fan or Clutch Shoe is not damaged, or the clutch liner could be damaged,
I had an up and down vibe once in my boom and I found 1 of my tail blade to be heaver than the other,
I guess if you crashed really hard your Counter Shaft could be bent..
