| My Freya has developed a strange appetite for tail rotor push rods.
I've been flying this bird since I built it in 2004. Never had a problem with the tail rotor push rod. This sprin, after I got back out to the field to fly, the tail rotor pushrod broke in flight. It broke at the front end, about three inches away from the servo arm.
The break was nice and clean, the aluminum tube almost looked as if it had been cut using a sharp pipe cutter.
I replaced the pushrod with a new one (PN 0414-136). Less than a dozen flights later, the new one broke in exactly the same manner, in flight, and nearly in the same place.

Is this a common occurrence with the Freya, and if so, is there a solution that fixed the problem once and for all?
