I have about 3 flights on my Pantera and love how stable it is compared to my T-REX. The only problem I am having is it keeps nosing up during forward flight. It hovers almost hands off with no trimming necessary. It balanced o.k. by the flybar but seems like it is tail heavy. I am running a Hydramax 4200mah nimh 4.8 battery up front to help with balance. If I trim some down elevator in for level forward flight this would affect my hovering stability. Any advise appreciated. Thanks in advance

99.99% of the time that's your paddles. Either they are not perfectly level, or the design of the paddles themselves is pitchy. I'd bet it's the first.

The paddles are sharp edged so they have to be 0 degrees with your radio on and cyclic centered. They fit the flybar so tight its hard to get them perfectly centered they don't want to move tiny ammounts they want to jump a few degrees at a time. Nothing wrong with them being tight they definately are not going to come off or turn in flight you definately do not want that. It does make them fustrating to adjust. Its well worth it in the end as the Pantera is a great flying machine.

The Pantera is tail heavy. If adjusting your paddles doesn't work add a little weight to the front of the heli.

Yes. I replaced the huge plastic fins with lightweight carbon fins and it helped quite a bit.

my pantera did the same thing until i realised that the swashplate was tilting backwards when i used positive collective. so check that and if it does move like described move the two aileron servo ball links in 1 hole
