Has anyone had any problems setting up the pitch curve for Autorations on the Hitec Eclipse 7 radio.
I have set up the pitch curves for the other modes but am not having much success with mode ST3.
Although the percentage figures are shown to be increasiung on the radio display, the pitch does not change on the rotor blades.
Am I doing something wrong?

I have never used that particular radio (but I have heard some good things about its software for the price) but if it is like most other good heli radios, part of the software has an area for engaging or inhibiting such functions. Check your manual, there may be such an inhibition command in yours.

You have to uninhibit that feature, Look for the HOLD function in the menu. It defaults to Inhibited.

No problem! Eventually I will be good enough to bother setting it up for autorotaion mode in the transmitter... Will not be very soon though, I stay close to the ground right now.
