Avant Aurora - EFX - FX > Trusting friend

My friend. Dr. Dan, aka FLYNM, ask if he could store his newly arrived Aurora in my shop as he is busy building a new house. I begrudgingly told him it would be fine. Now the problem for me is,, here is a new Aurora kit on a shelf, just sitting there starting to collect dust. He has two months left (minimum) to finish the house. Heck, i could build this thing, test fly it and re-kit it and he would be non the wiser. Oops, i forgot, he reads my posts on here.

Craig came over last night to drop off the box, (Dr. Dan asked him to pick it up and take it to my place) and of course, we had to open it up and take a look. Nice looking machine!! If it flies anything like the one on G4 it should be awsome!

To build or not to build, that is the question...........

I would imagine you would be able to get a kit within two months to replace the good Dr.'s

If he were a true friend, he'd let you have his kit, and you could replace it later.

All kidding aside, he probably would do that. But, he was the one that put the deposit up for a year plus, so i would not do that to him. I'll have just as much fun watching him put it together.

You would be doing him a favor. I mean with all the time spent building the house and then moving in, you know he's not gonna have time to build the bird right. Think of the time your saving him. If you build it and test fly it he wont have to take time away from the house building.
