1. How important is it that the sensor 'sees' the horizon? In other words, is it possible to fly in an open area where the actual horizon is hidden by buildings etc?

2. Does it make any difference to Co-Pilot if the hover position is set to 3/4 stick or 1/2 stick?

Thanks

It is fairly important that there is a clear horizon, however even with buildings and trees, the co-pilot does a fairly good job of sensing the horizon. Once you get a few feet off the ground, the horizon gets more obvious.

The co-pilot doesn't have ANYTHING to do with the left stick, and will not affect throttle or collective. It won't maintain the heli at a certain altitude. All it does is keep the 'wings' level.

Regards,

Ben
