| I've posted something similar in the Synergy forum: I'm trying to decide between the Stratus and the N9.
I'm not looking for "what I bought is better" - I get that enough from the Trex 600 crowd.
But what I would appreciate is some honest opinions about what Stratus pilots feel the strengths & weaknesses of the design is.
One thing that seems apparent is that the Stratus is a lighter machine (a bonus in the hot & high environment I live in), while the N9 seems to be more "compact" vertically - meaning it has a higher vertical CG, which I've heard is supposed to allow for more agility...
Lastly, at least for the Stratus, I've been wondering what the difference between the "Bobby Watts" version and the "normal" Stratus. The only thing I can figure is that the BW version gets more pitch for a given amount of servo input - meaning it's a bit better suited to fast 3D. Is there anything else? (I ask because, at least for the moment, I'm not able to even do fast 3D, and I'm not sure the BW version would suit my flying style...)
Thanks.
