Previously I have problems getting Razor into Funkey's Airwolf 50 size fuselage BUT now resolved. Modifications had been made to the tail, reduction in tail boom length by having CNC machined gear to compensate. Hope I may fly it soon.

Nice pics! Can't believe you stuck a 611 on a Beam and have a 401 on your MA. ???? WoW!!!

What you've done with your tail drive belt is not a good idea.

By decreasing the wrap like you have, you have decreased the number of teeth in engagement at any given time which will increase the stresses on the individual teeth. I realize this isn't a 3-D ship but the fact remains that you are going to likely have belt problems.

And, why risk that Airwolf fuse and MA mechanics for a $10 belt?

Did you look into buying a belt that actually was the right length?

www.sdp-si.com is a drive products (read belts, pulleys, etc...) that will likely have the right length belt for you...

Anyways, other than that, I like it!

Thanks you for information

UMDPRU. Thanks for the website info. Actually this project started the year RAZOR was available & fact that belts are not easy available in Malaysia. And I don't know where else to look for it. I really value your information, appreaciated it . After the modifications, I had tested at least 25 hard core 3D flights on it before mounting on the fuselage.

As for Swoop, that's the only place available that will also keep CG of heli in place. Do not worry as I had already more than 80 flights of 3D on Beam without any damage to it (unless crashed it).

I didn't realize you were in Malaysia.

The proof is in the pudding as they say and actual flights trump any brain exercise...

Good Luck!

Thank you swoop. It's actually a big risk, as @ that time could have settle for a e-raptor conversion BUT quality & vibration issues. No regret on RAZOR's selection as I'm confident of MA products. Actually I consulted my local MA distributor, & was rest assured that there will not be a problem. I had been flying MA heli's for 5 years now, not a single issue on product quality. And their Customer Service is Excellent.
