G-Force performance upgrades now available for the Vibe 50.

As usual, no bling, only performance stuff.

===============

Announcement #1
Weighted tail grips for the Vibe 50 (part# GFV5018)

We feel that this should be a definite performance upgrade for the Vibe 50.

Like our other weighted tail blade grips, we include pre-tapped M3 holes for additional weights.

Announcement #2
Mixing arms for the Vibe 50 (part# GFV5010)

G-Force releases 3D mixing arms for the Vibe 50. These new mixing arms have been designed to allow pilots to tune the Vibe 50 from ultra stable to ultra responsive extreme 3D flying.

The G-Force mixing arms also have a modified geometry range to allow equalized swashplate positive and negative cyclic throws.

===============

Announcement #3
G-Force 135CCPM conversion for the Vibe 50 (part# GFV5014)

G-Force has just released a 135ccpm conversion for the Vibe 50. Now the Vibe 50 can fly on rails. The 135ccpm upgrade will enable all cyclic inputs, collective, aileron and elevator to be equal with zero interaction mechanically. Now no matter how hard you toss the Vibe 50 in sky or how fast you move the sticks, the Vibe 50 will track perfectly at all times.

The G-Force 135ccpm conversion is ideal for flybarless setups where mechanically the head is perfect without the need for software to compensate. Flybar based heads will benefit the most.

This conversion will work with any transmitter using 120ccpm mode with a simple mix programming. Our installation instructions will show you how to setup the 135ccpm system and program your transmitter.

===============================

Save additional weight on the Vibe 50...

Instead of using a 50 gram standard size servo to control your Vibe 50 throttle. The G-Force micro-servo adaptor allows the use of a light weight 11 gram servo that can reduce the flight weight and lower power consumption on the receiver pack.

The G-Force micro-servo adaptor uses standard size servo grommets to ensure that vibration is minimized to the micro-servo. The G-Force micro-servo adaptor weights only 3 grams. When used with a 11 gram Hitec HS-65HB micro-servo, you have a 14 gram throttle servo solution.

================================
Product Announcement #4
G-Force head button for the Vibe 50 (part# GFV5023)

The new oversized head button is designed especially for the Vibe 50. The head button is taller than the main blade grips making it easy to stop the blades. The bottom of the head button has a matching curve to the top of the Vibe 50 head block for a custom fit.

He will probably have some bling like anodized main bearing blocks,metal main grips,metal TR grips. I can see anything that needs improving performance for the Vibe 50.

Thats sweet

I guess the tail servo will thank the lower stress. I wonder about the weight of the tail blade grips. How much increase are we talking about?

That looks nice

Do those mixing arms come with a manual to make it easier for the user to choose what he wants to program in the head i.e. what is stable, what is nimble, etc?

Have you tested what impact the settings have on overall stability around center?

If this works like the aurora programable head, I assume the the ball on the left side increases/decreases swash to blade input thus allowing to increase/decrease overall pitch and the right ball changes flybar ratio input making it more stable when you move it inwards (closer to the pivot center) and more nimble but less stable when you move it outwards.

So, in theory you can achieve huge pitch ammounts and yet make it docile if you use say LB=3/RB=1 and you could make it completely wild (at expense of stability) with LB=3/RB=4. You could also moderate pitch to save your servos with say LB=2/RB=2 and at the same time still have it very nimble or in case of precision FAI you could use say LB=2/RB=1

Did I get that right?

Thx

Tony

Tony,

You are right.

The G-Force arms are designed to allow a pilot to setup the Vibe 50 from ultra stable to ultra highly responsive head system.

If you are running an 8V setup, your Vibe 50 will do what the servos tell it to now in the ultra responsive setup.

The arms do come with complete installation and technical setup instructions.
