| Early March this year I placed a notice on this forum with regard to that I was looking for a Heim Crank for an OS61SXH - WC.Heli_Gal (Naomi Sim-Lim) answered to advise me that she had one available for me, she also carified it was for the above mentioned engine and so bankers draft were raised and sent to her and the Heim Crank eventually arrived. However the Heim crank that arrived was for an OS61 SXH, and not for the 'WC' version which is very slightly shorter in the internal dimensions. I have sent Heli_Gal (Naomi Sim -Lim) 2 e.mails now, both of which remain unanswered although one has shown a read receipt as being placed on her computer. She continues however to post messages on this forum, but she is incapable of answering my e.mails. This suggests to me that she knowingly supplied me with the incorrect Heim Crank. I therefore would urge anyone of whom is about to purchase items from her to think very carefully about this as she does not seem to honour her aggreements. Please see below the correspondence with regard to her assurances with regard to this Heim Crank and her lack of response to my e.mails. I think you will agree that she should now be boycotted.

I refer to my e.mail of March 22nd 2003 which was displayed on your PC on the same day. I am dissapointed that you have not afforded me the courtesy of a reply. I can therefore only conclude that you were aware of the fact the the heim crank that you supplied me with, was not that of my request to be for an OS61SX-H WC.
The crank that you supplied me with was for an OS61 SX-HG (heim). The difference being between these cranks is that the WC version is slightly shorter.
However in your e.mail of March 5th 2003 you are adamant that indeed you were willing to sell me an OS61SX-H WC heim crank - see enclosed copy of your e.mail to me.
I would be grateful if you would advise me of your proposals to credit me for the sale of the incorrect item and also come to an arrangement for my returning the incorrect item as supplied by yourself.
I trust you will reply at your earliest convenience with regard to this issue.

It would appear that the Heim Crank that you sent me is not for the OS61SXH WC. It does not fit and when I try to tighten up the Vario fan/ clutch assembly using the correct collets the crankshaft binds on the bearings. Also the backplate jams against the conrod when I try to tighten this up. I think this crank may be for the OS61SXH heli engine.

Included is the pic of the Heim Crank for OS61SX-H WC. It has never seen fuel. It’s very hard to come by. If you are interested and you think it the one you’re looking for. Let me know, I’d never shipped to U.K. before will find out how much it would cost to mail to you. It will be just a small package, I won’t declare any value to it , that way you won’t have to pay duty when arrived. I would like the the Heim Crank to be $80.00 Canadian + Shipping (will let you know how much it will cost ) How soon are you looking for use it? I can try send express parcel if you needed soon. I will take money order in Canadian Fund.
