| Use a small piece of 1x4 about 6" long and use your Dremel to carve a groove, which matches the tail output shaft. Make it so it nestles in the groove nicely. Now trace the the pulley in the appropriate place and half-moon the wood to match. You're making a jig to secure the pulley/shaft assembly so you can tap the pin in. Drill a 1/8" hole where the pin goes so you can use the same jig to remove pins in order to replace bent shafts and you're done. It's really quite easy. Unfortunately I had to travel to Phonix and won't be back for a few days so I can show pictures of my jig. Trust me, it's duck soup easy!
