No idea on this one but doing stationary flips the blades "flutter" around about step 4 here. Starting inverted and doing a half flip.
1. inverted -
2. 45 \
3. Straight |
4. 45 /
5. Level -

They will never flutter in a hover(they seem to straighten out right before the level position so its hard to see what is going on) and if I put it vertical with no pitch/cyclic (tail slide) it doesnt either. Just seems to do it when theres a light load on the blades at an angle to the ground. It is getting worse and I can find nothing wrong with the head/dampers. I am using hard dampers and was going to change them out for the green k&b's to see if that helps. Using a standard mikado head conversion. tried Radix blades and rotortechs, does it with both. Any ideas?

BrainDrain,

Like you, I had a little blade flutter with my 10s Trex600 flybarless early on (with Radix blades or Align blades, made no difference). I'm using the hard align 90 dampeners w/sleeve.

I did the following 3 things that completely got rid of this;
- adjusted the swashdriver (using mikado one) so it was dead square.
- replaced a couple of links that had a tiny bit of slop in them.
- tightened up the main blade bolts a bit (fairly firmly).

Once I did all this and re-tracked the blades, it's been perfect!

Good luck sorting this out.

Cheers,
TomC
