Hi Ade,

I am running 11deg pitch and 7deg cyclic. I find a small bind at the the corner of the cyclic so I opt to put a cyclic ring.

Half of my group that flies K3D insist that you can set up the Knight with 11deg pitch and 7deg cyclic without binding at the corners. Is this true?

Hi erl919, you can find how to setup knight 3d on this post

http://www.runryder.com/helicopter/t415628p1/

Ade explain how to got 11 pitch and 8 for cyclic, I already did it and
got maximum 12 for pitch and 8 for cyclic, but I decrease it I only use 10,5 for pitch and 8 for cyclic

with 12degs of pitch and 9degs of cyclic i get binding in the corners, i dont use a cyclic ring and fly the model hard but never noticed it lock up in the air.

a lot of people make a big thing out of very minor details. hold the transmitter like you normally do and try getting it to bind, i think you will find that you need to move the stick a lot further than you think to get it to bind.
