| The only problems I'd expect are either difficulty starting the motor (the motor just vibrates back and forward rather than spinning) or hot running of the ESC and motor. Both of those will show up in a ground check. Probably you wont have either problem, but Castle have been through a lot of firmware revisions since that ESC was made, some of which was about making the ESC work better with new motors (especially high KV outrunners).
It's always a good idea to keep the first flight short and check the motor, ESC and battery temperatures until you have confidence in any new setup.
