The set screws are built inside. You just use the allen wrench that came with it!

I thought the same when I used stubz. The set screws are down in there, you cannot remove them, or I never did, but you can loosen them to allow you to thread the paddle onto the fly bar fully and then tighten them back down.

Yeah Doh !! on my part. I have bad lighting and couldn't see them. I also didn't have the allen wrench that came with them. I was using to small of a wrench for a minute.
