What is everyone's thoughts on the Bandit versus the Beam? I have pre-ordered a Bandit but have heard good things from a fellow flyer who has a Beam at the field.

That will be a difficult question to answer until we get the bandit in our hands to fly.

The best thing will be to wait until the bandit is released and hold your money for the time being.

cheers

I think MA will need to sharpen its pencil if it wants to sell many Bandit 450's. The price I'm hearing for the Bandit is $450 without motor, ESC and blades. The Beam 450 E4 with Align motor, ESC, GF blades and TP 2100 battery is $450 at Advantage.

I know the Bandit will be a great product. It already has competition victories under its belt. However, if the Beam had the same sponsored pilots, I believe it would win many competition events as well.

Both the Bandit and Beam are superior to the T-Rex450 in construction quality. The question for me is who will provide the better product support - MA or AH/Hanman International? I know many will buy the Beam based on price alone. However, my money is still on the Bandit!
