Can any one tell me if they have transfered the electronics,ie. motor,esc,gyro,radio,1800 battery,tail servo,the swash servos have been upgraded to the hb35s. into a trex 450??
there has been a fair amount of intrest in doing this to salvege the electronics from there eflight 400 and want to upgrade to the trex frame.

if you have done this how is the performace? and tempratures of the esc, motor and battery i know the trex is a bit heavier.

sorry if this has been asked before i did a search and couldnt find much about it

ummm...it wouldnt be an upgrade. blade 400's electronics suck, bottom line. I find myself putting trex stuff in the 400, not the other way.

thank you for the reply- i was just woundering if the motor and esc would be able to handle the trex weight? i figure the spectrum radio should be good and the Hytec servos should be ok. not sure if the gyro would have enough holding power-this would be for simple circuits and ff-no 3d.

can you put the trex head onto the 400? i find the 400 has a bit to small a links.
