Ok heres the deal I'm just staring forward flight (can hover tail in pretty good & nose in good about a 4ftx4ft square)

had the Trex 450 out for about 11 flights yeasterday started fly it about 50 or so feet from me then stop it turn it around and bring it back in the turn is where i'm having a problem as i turn it, It starts to drift the direction the turn is?? its all trimmed pretty good no wind I will stay in one spot for 5 to 10 second so I dont think thats it,

is this just the nature of heli's or is it just me doing some thing I dont relize i'm doing?

boy I tell ya, after all the hovering i've done finaly being able to fly it to a spot I picked sure feels great! it still dont look good, but it feels good!

I fly (I smile) I crash (I'm sad) I repair & Fly (I smile) Wife sees credit Card bill (I run )

just practice.
the tail effect will always try and push the heli in one direction, that's why in a hover the heli is slightly angled. when your flying out and turning around you have to get used to compensate for the tail effect while turning till nose in then hold hover again.
or you can bank it like a plane and turn that way in one smooth motion.

Raptor 50 Titan with DX7, GY401, and TT Redline 53 is Awsome!
