| I can see their point though... I have to fly into San Jose quite regularly and get the rental car shuttle at the airport. Most times the busses leave half full because a group of people decide to stand blocking the doors rather than use the available seats. These poor demented souls need to be first off the bus at any cost, so that they can be first in line. (Why don't they get Hertz Gold so they don't need to wait in line...)
