Anyone know whats up with esprit?

Placed an order for instock items last wednesday, hasnt been shipped, they normally ship same or day after.

They dont answer on email
Site says "were online" for livechat, no answer though...

Why not give them a call? I know they have always been very good with me. They even sold me a charger right in the middle of moving because I had driven down there (about 30min drive) not knowing they weren't finished yet.
