See that almost makes me want one. THAT is what the 700 should look like. Right there.

Maybe you should get a Syngery then.

all i can think of related to the canopy is that it needs slighly longer rear standoffs / supports (whatever you call them) i dont like how close the canopy gets to the maingear. because the G/F is quite thin i think if i fly sideways the air will have enough push to press it against the main gear

Sorry but Bergen Canopies have got to be the ugliest around. I think they were modeled on the head of the Alien from Aliens the movie.

LOL, sort of looks like a giant guppy!

If I wanted a Synergy or an Aurora, I would have bought one. But I bought a 700 and the canopy is fine.

Its part of what defines it is a 700 and this is mine

Great paint job SNAPSHOT. And the really good thing is, you have ANOTHER set of matching landing gear...

Seriously, that is a fantastic home brew job..

Very nice paint. But the back of the frame just sticking out there just doesn't do it for me. The wrap around look of the Synergy rocks!

LOL

very well put snapshot. I do like the look of the N9 canopy on the 700 but I agree. If you don't like the 700 canopy don't buy it. I think it looks pretty good really. Just needs a good paint job. I like Lukas Rivas paint job from insane canopy. That makes it look 10 times better. I love my 700 and if I wanted a N9 i would have got one and not a 700. Very well put.

But the N9 canopy dose look nice on the 700 though

also snap how do you like the V paddles on that thing? And you have the same pipe plug I have on my 700. Did you get it from hobby hut? I have the same pipe as well. I have stubz on mine with 710 SB's and its fast. would like to try 690 RT's and V paddles as well to see how she feels. How are they compared to the stubz?

i dont really have any interest in the N9 it is a amazing ship..but the cost of it and parts and hyper upgrades is beyond my means...so the T700 is perfect i just wanted a little bit better looking canopy..its kinda like putting a body kit on a car but its not as bad as putting a body kit and 20's on a 87 corrola! and whats the big deal if i want to make my dime a dozen 700 look different then any one else's

I can only compare with the Align paddles as I have not tried Stubz.

Align paddles were more stable, the V's are definitely faster.

The exhaust plug is a QuickUK item.

As to seeing all the frame behind the rear of the canopy, I must admit whilst flying I don't notice it Normally going to fast

I'll do that. I guess I just like good looking canopies. My Vibe and Avant and even Evo 50 canopies look serious. I'll still buy a 700n, I'm just sharing my opinion, and obviously the opinions of many others, and hoping Align will listen and make an alternate canopy. Doesn't have to look like a Synergy, just better than the current lid.

yeah that is what mine is a Quick UK plug. OK well thanks a lot on the info. I may have to try them as well.

And yeah the 700 canopy looks good. it dose not look as bad as a lot of helis out there. There are only a few that look better if you ask me.

Any ways it would be cool to see a different desighn but I highly doubt it. No other company has done this that I know of. Once they make a canopy they stay with it. well the raptor made a 3D canopy that did look a lot better than the stock one so maybe we will see one. Only time will tell

But Align if you are listening. Make us a new canopy and try to due what we have offered. bigger, More of a point that a stub nose. Cover up more of the heli. There are a lot of room for improvement

I never knocked what you have done!!

You put a lot of work into that, cutting it down moving the recesses etc.

Noted, just don't take things too seriously!!

hence the smiley after my comment.

But, we all know what a heli is from the look of the canopy. I like how the canopy looks and like the fact that it is not huge. Many have commented at the field that it looks like a 600 until they realise how far out I'm flying and the share presence it has in the sky.

I like my heli's to look different too, just I do it with an individual paint job!

oh i wasnt mad! maybe you took that the wrong way..i just cant leave nuthin alone..thats what i ment by whats the big deal if i change it "if it aint broke dont fix it" dose NOT apply to ME!!!

by the way i like you paint jobs and how you improved the "rip" in the side of the heli by making peal backs in the paint! looks more real now
