Ok, guys, got a strange one for ya. I have a friend who's son is in the marines, and bought a honeybee cp2 overseas. It crashed the first time he tried to fly it, and was given to me for repairs. Here is the problem I have.

It is a mode 1 transmitter, with the throttle on the right. However, when you move the right stick up and down, the throttle goes up and down, but the swash does elevator inputs. When you move the left stick up and down, the swash does collective inputs. So, it is mode 1 with the collective and elevator on the wrong sticks. Can anybody clue me in as to WTF is going on?

Wow, the ground was closer than I thought.
