Do you have to discharge lipo's ?? and if so when ,after every use once a month?? Just asking Thanks for your time

In general no. If you plan not to fly for a month or more then discharge them to 50% for storage.

Due to LiPo batteries chemistry, you do not have to "cycle" them as you would a nicad. If you are going to store them for a long time (several months) discharge them by using them for a flight, as you normally would, then charge them to about 55% capacity (though I doubt if you just charged them up it wouldn't hurt). If you are not storing them for a long time, charge them fully and don't worry about it. Also, LiPos don't like to be "topped off." If they have lost some voltage over time (and they will, very slowly just like any other battery), just use them on a short flight and then charge them normally.
