e-Align T-REX 450-500-600 > T-REX 450 I never realized...

For years now I have been using the black and white Align 325 pro blades. the other day I pulled out a set of yellow and grey blades while rummaging through some parts and noticed they were heavier and also a thicker airfoil. I also had an old set of red and white blades and compared those, they were also different.
I always just thought all the Align blades were the same, just different colored covering. I researched the Align blades and found nothing saying that the different colored blades signified that they were different weights and design.
I feel kind of stupid for not noticing this in the past...Align needs to post this on there website.

Perhaps they don't put it on their website because it's intuitively obvious to even the most casual observer.

Not that obvious while looking at the pics on the order form is it? Sometimes until you lay things out side by side the differences aren't apparent.

Heard a story once about a farmer, he had two horses, couldn't tell them apart so he cut the tail off of one, worked great for awhile until the tail grew back, then he cut the main off of one, that also grew back, then when looking closely he noticed the black one was taller then the white one.

Ya gotta pay attention. lol

Not much info posted on the grey and yellow blades. Are they more of a training blade?

Exactly if you don't have 2 set's to compare right in front of you it's hard to tell any thing from a picture of the internet. So as for him not being able to tell the obvious...it's not that obvious. I also didn't know. But I didn't know because I only run one set...the white carbon fiber align blades.

I always just assumed it was just a matter of color preferance, not an indicator of different weight. I did look at my usuall OL vendor, and the different colored pro wood blades do come with different weight. They even had two different 325 red pro blades(wood), one was 40g/set and the other(different part #, same color) were 42g/set. I'm not sure what the need is for the different options? -Karl
