Wlep, I inherited a BCP(thanks Sean *cough Eric C*)
and the tail is not to great. But I added a Zoom heading lock gyro, and I cant seem to get it just right. It does feel much better and all, but not what I expected. What am I doing wrong? It doesnt drift too bad. Do I need the DD tail to make it better? Im adding a BR main motor. Will this somehow make it better? Thanks.

What type of flying are you doing?

If you are doing sport flying, the stock tail holds well with the HH gyro properly setup...

Scott, the stock brushed tail simply does not have the power to counteract the torque made by the brushless motor in the type of flying you do. If I were you, I would go for dual tail motors because they last forever and its not hit and miss like the dd tails. Or you could go for the brushless Fergagio tail motors (is that how you spell it?)

It seems like I always fly a turd. . .
