e-Align T-REX 450-500-600 > T-REX 450 Changing Blades - Seems Tight

Putting new 325 Pros on my Trex 450. They seem very tight in the holders. So tight it's hard to get them in. Couple questions..

How loose should they be in the holders? Should they be very free or real tight?

Can I just sand the black plastic on the end of the blades to get them looser int he holder?

Thanks for the help in advance...

Are you putting the 325 Align woodies in the se v2 metal blade grips? I'm having the same issue... They are definatly too tight at first. I usually sand the tops with 100g sand paper just to loosen them up a little.
The usual blade tightness test is, hold your heli on its side and give it one shake towards the ground and the blades should move towards the ground a few inches, but not fall down all of the way. (kinda difficult to explain)

Dat's only in the mornin'... you s'posed ta be up makin' breakfas' by den

With use, the blade grips will loosen up. I grinded my blade grips until they were snug. Bad mistake, because after use, the loosened up quite a bit. This is with the carbon fiber blades.

I just posted this issue a few days ago also. I used a metal nail file from the drug store. Takes a fine layer off the blade grips.
Works great !
