Either one is easy to build. They both have great instructions, and the parts fit well. If you can follow directions, you can build a 600N or a Rappy 60.

Go for the 600n. Good price, newer technology, cheap parts, parts are everywhere, one of the most easy builds ever, not to big and not to small so easy to see, 50 size fuel consumpution with 90 like fun, and last but not least.... it flys excellent. What more could you ask for (ya, ya I know... better QC ;-)

Both are easy to build and maintain. The 600N is probably a tad easier.

Alright guys... how about in terms of repairs? Let's just say for arguement sake that I damaged both equaly... Which one can I get up in the air the quickest as far as ease of disassembly and reassembly. I'm still on the learning curve and I don't want to take several days to get to something just so I can replace it. Which model has an advantage in this area?

About the same. I can do the 600N quicker because oddly i find eCCPM easier to setup/re-setup up consistently well vs. mCCPM. But most find mCCPM easier. I use a swash leveling tool on my 600's and that makes it SOOOOOO easy. I rebuilt 2 crashed 600's in about 4 evenings of work - one I had to replace the framesets. Not too bad I'd say.

I would love to go there for that FunFly. Unfortunately, that isn't going to happen do to sudden change in work schedule. Thanks for bringing that up though.

Your knowledge of helis

(raptor will be easier to find help with at a field...Although the trex is catching on.)

Trex is newer better technology.

If you like the trex also consider the knight 3d.

The real decision is Evo 50 or 600N IMO, even though I have an evo, I have flown the 600N and I would say they are very close.

I almost want to reply the same thing, and it ends up someone does.

Also, I think 60 size engine is in phase out. I hardly see anyone selling a 60 size heli here. It is either 50 or 90.
