which servo is fast and good for the 500 with out spending that much

The Hitec 5245mg digital servo is a good choice.

Why you like get the 3400G's for cyclic for your 500, should go great with your new Spartan Gyro w/3400G on tail. You know you want it so just get em already!!
i like the 5245 but my buddies 9650 are centering better then my 5245. get 9650 or the jr servos

Do not recommend the 5245. 9650 are a better choice. I have not tried the JR everyone is using. I would not choose a JR over the 9650 unless it has metal gears.
