Hi guys. When I go inverted the clunk doesn’t reach to the top of the big tank result I’m flying with the small tank half full. Is there a special fuel line or what do you do to prevent this. Thanks

The Hayes black fuel line is much more flexible than the silicone stuff of the same size. It is also more resistant to exhaust gas. Cut it about a 1/4-3/8" short because it swells slightly when wet.
I'll say again, make sure when you install the fuel line in the main tank that the natural curve of the fuel line points to the top of the tank. since running the black fuel line and setting it up with a heavier clunk with the curve pointing up I can run inverted to near empty. I don't even feel a header tank is needed.
...yep...

Make some keepers out of regular fuel line and slip them over the connections as well.

What about normal flying, will the main tank get empty? If natural curve is pointed upward, does it reach the bottom of the tank in upright flight.?

yep. If you take a look at the Raptor tank the fuel tank stopper points the fuel line down at a ~45* angle. The clunk rests on the bottom of the tank sitting upright.
