Thunder Tiger Raptors 30-90 - Imperio > RAPTOR 30 Aileron Control Linkage

I bought a 30 V2 from a guy and I am in the process of going through it to make sure it was assembled properly. All of the linkages were not properly sized. I am having a problem with the aileron control linkages that go up to the swashplate. I have them both sized at 58 mm and they will not go on.

If I manually level the swashplate (by eye) the linkages appear to be about 6-8 mm too long. Obviously, if I hook one side up, the opposite side will not line up. I have checked all the I can think of - any of you guys have any thoughts?

Thanks

You need to set the aileron arms before the servo arms.
Disconnect from the servo and set the aileron arms at 90 degrees
58mm is about right for the control rods.

Then turn on you radio center the servo horn
and adjust those control rods to be perfect.

Thanks for the quick response Divot. Makes sense, I'll give it a shot tomorrow after work.
