Just putting in my new os50... and snugging up the bolts on the motor mount to the plate that is in between the frames...and come to find out 2 of the 4 of stripped... pretty disappointing , must be some soft metal... oh well..got another one ordered..

One thing I noticed when I built ours, there is a 3mm locknut inside the frame that holds the tank support bolt in place, I didn't realize the nut was turned and the tip of the nut pushing down on the frame plate not allowing the holes to line up when I installed the engine plate, I loosened up the bolt and let it turn to sit flush with the top and it all lined up.

Not sure if you referring to securing the plate to the frame, or the engine to the mounting plate, just something I ran into.

I had to notch the top right cornor of the motor mount with my dremel to make room. I also noticed that my carbon fiber tail rod had no holes in the end of the tube to mount the control rod Anyway i got that fixed up very slowly with a drill bit in my fingers.

it is the the metal plate that sits right in front of the gas tank that sits in between the frame...

Yeah, that's the one I was talking about, make sure that plate is in the correction position and you can put something into the mount hole in the frame and actually line up with the frame mounting plate, when you put it back together you might want to take the nut off the fuel tank bolt inside the frame until you get the plate secured, then just put the nut back on
