Hi folks,
Just received my order from battery store.com.
If you go at their website and see the cells, its Sanyo cells from Japan and write exactly the capacity of each cell and the specs. My order is N1900SCR Ni-Cd and finally i received this:

Has anyone experience from this shop or somebody know if this battery is from Sanyo??

thanks,

Bill

It's highly unlikely to be a Sanyo. Sanyo batteries are made in Japan .

Take a picture of the + end and post it. Not all Sanyo's are made in Japan. I have some made in Mexico.

Here is a link to the spec sheet for this cell.

Like all of corporate planet earth it seems Sanyo has taken some cost cutting measures.

Yes, Tijuana, Mexico is indeed a mfg facility location for Sanyo USA.

It looks like you may have gotten some generic Chinese cells which may have been manufactured by Sanyo in China.

It's kind of sad as Sanyo was the last battery mfg to globalize the manufacturing to outside of Japan. Lets hope the quality continues.

That look's like an official Sanyo, made in China. I have some made in Mexico. The RC 2400 cells that I have are from Japan.

These cells are similar to the 1900 SCR but a lot lighter:
