Ok guys,

After putting it on diet, and switching blades to radix stickbangers 710, I think mainly due to the blades, I got 1.5 MINUTES more runtime!!

577mah / min at 3D flight, avg.

I didnt trust the numbers, but now I have 6 flights and it is consistent.

Power is better then my nitro with YS91SR/Vbar

SB blades are more twitchy, but then vbar comes into play, 120 in "paddle weight"

I have to get back to you on that, I hit a "snag" when the BEC cable broke, my fault, I had strapped the cables with tension on it...

DC-Up allowed me to level it before it went down though, so it wasnt that bad at all.

have you checked your weight when you got your completed?

Well guys i just got my hands on another stratus to play with. so can i get back in the club?

no really when i first put one together i used a actro 24-5 on stock 8.18:1 ratio. running tired old evo 20 11s 3700 packs.
i'll have to find the video but the first test "hop" at the machine shop i shot a second or two of it setting on some scales.. if i remember right it was just shy of 10Lbs... and fly like a bat out of hades...
wondering with the newer generations of cells out there, and 12s and more esc's what going with the original set up would be like.

I decided to give the Logo head/L14 shaft another try, I installed some green K&B dampners, will see if that helps enough.

A few years ago i tried a Evo rotorhead, with a L14 hardened main shaft on this beast..

it flew fine the first couple of flights,but seemed to get a shake in it i couldn't get rid of even with a new main shaft... might have been a balance problem not 100% sure tho it went away when i went back to the raptor head w/ 600 blades..

yeah, Logo head was a no go, it just flew like crap, "wobbling" in piroflips and such manouvers.
