It seams like the trend is to load it up with heavy batteries, heavy muffler, heavy gyro, header tank and other stuff. There are a lot of 8 pound plus Raptors flying these days. Some of those metal upgrades also add to the weight. If you really try you could easily take a pound off that weight.
