You cannot download reflex 5.04 (only upgrades up to 5.03 are available for downloading). To get 5.04 you must order a dongle upgrade to slimstick or iVol. Both come with the software CD. 5.04 does not work with the old dongles (only works with slimstick and iVol).
5.04 is basically the same as 5.03 with some performance improvements ,support for the new interface and a couple of new models and sceneries; no new features over 5.03
