Here is my baby! Two flights today tweaking...

Now working on a glitch, and engine tuning, and throttle and pitch curves.. Its odd, it kinda sounds like it wants to stall out after I let off the throttle in a full throttle climb, too rich?

Looks good, you can lose those rubber bumpers between the skids and the frame, it drops the heli down and makes it look more aggressive. I pulled mine out after a few flights, it looks a lot better.

On your engine issue, it sounds like your needles are off, maybe your low is just a hair too rich. Generally it overspeeds a little bit when you drop off the throttle and stat to come down.

Ive been playing with the throttle curves, and it doesnt over speed anywhere (no gov on it) and is about perfect in normal flight, 3D setup after I get used to it, at first it would slow the rotor down too much on a decent. Ill look into taking off those spacers, thanks!

You don't have to, I just think it looks a lot better without them.

Did you get the up/down play out of the main gear assembly? I just put the O-rings in my one-way bearing assembly this weekend, very easy. I still have to put it all back together so I haven't flown it yet.

Really want one of those red canopy's - they look <borat> VERY NIIICE </borat>

Eury, do you have any issues with digging the tail blades in after removing the LG blocks? I've been thinking about removing them but possibly putting a 1/8" spacer on the rear mount to lift the tail a touch.

...yep...

Yeah, I made a washer to go under the maingear, mine was missing the brass spacer, so I just made one to fit myself.

Thanks, I like the looks of the bird, Ill try to get some flight shots soon, need to mix up some more gas today after work, then hit the field again Supposed to rain tomorrow, so I have to beat it.

gotta get yourself a metal elevator arm for the swash. those plastic ones (unless they changed them) have a bad rep for failing.

Nope, no probles with the tail dragging, there's plenty of clearance.

The plastic ones where changed over two years ago - I have the stock plastic one on my Gasser - over hard 150 flights, no problem.

But I will gladly sell you the metal unit if you wish

I just used normal gas line. It really softens up once gas hits it. I zip tie all the fuel line connections because of this.

ok, I took mine apart when I got it, and it had some clear tubing, that was hard and wouldnt move, so I put in black like Ace's pic, but it wont go to the top of the tank either, and I will be flying this bird inverted, so I need something that will work, Ill check it after its soaked in gas for a while then.

Thanks
