This is an easy and cheap way to fix the stiff swashplate problem. Pull the plastic tub out of the swashplate and cut about 1/16 of an inch off it and put it back down over the shaft(the peace you cut). Now take a peace of small fuel line and cut about 1/8 of an inch off it and slide it down over the shaft and push it tight against the peace of plastic tub(hold up on the spur gear and make sure it is up tight). Put everything back together and your good to go. The swashplate will not fit on the shaft very tight(it will look to big) but it will work great(I have been flying mine all day).

Ya! you can see it better on sultan68 post. It's the some thing, I just did it the cheap way (stuff I already had). A little peace of fuel tubing is lighter then the collar. The less weight you put on a micro heli the better in my opinion (every little bit helps).
