If you ordered an Aurora be patient they will call you in the order that the preorder was made! We all got e-mails and personal phone calls from HeliProz so once again be patient your time will come!

They were supposed to go out Tuesday or Wednesday. Don’t you think we would have heard if they were shipped as promised? Surely they would have put an update on the Avant site about it. I am doubtful they were shipped out yet which means another broken promise. Can you blame me for my pessimism?

I have not received my shipping tracking number. My account was debited two days ago. HPz fedexed shipping labels to CX on Wednesday so we all should have gotten tracking numbers if they really went out. I have not received any notification from UPS that something is on its way. I for one am getting a little frustrated with the whole post release and ship thing. Both parties have been payed and as of now nothing has been shipped.

It's almost criminal.

I wouldn't post an actual tracking number if I had one. Thats some ill advise.

No, I don't have tracking number.
I haven't received a phone call or email telling me my helicopter has shipped.

Since the first of the month, I've had one notification from HeliProz.
The automated shipping invoice/ notification that gets sent out with every processed order.
You may have noticed that there is no tracking number on it. Here is mine.


I do know, however, that HeliProz wasn't going to charge anybodies Credit Card until the helicopters were shipping.
If you found yourself missing $885 from one of your bank accounts, you have a helicopter on the way. I'd say keep your shirt on. It's coming.

I don't know anything about the dealers such as the store in San Diego. My kit isnt coming from there.

But the pre ordered kits from HeliProz, HeliProz didnt ship them.
Avant RC did. As with anything ever shipped with UPS or FedEX, a tracking number is assigned no matter what, so SOMEONE has a tracking number.

I think the issue is, is that the 'someone' who has all the tracking numbers, doesnt have our phone numbers or our email addresses.

You have received more than I. I have not had any phone call, email or anything like that. I am very good at following up on my own stuff and have made several calls to HPz which is where my order came from as well. My account was drained by the full amount two days ago. I called and they had made a mistake and credited me back a hundy, but have not seen it yet either.

I was told by HPz that the pre-order labels were shipped to CX in Carlsbad and were to be placed on outgoing packages. I live in the next city over so it will only be a one day ship. I do not have anything shipped to my real physical address under my real name so posting a tracking number is not a problem.

My point is I am minus money and no conformation of any type. I have all the faith it will, not worried about that. My gripe the bird was released last week. His video showed at least enough to fill the pre orders from most if not all customers, so come no what's his BS excuse. I did not kidnap the UPS lady.

I anyone knows the address I'll take a swing buy

I am in now way condoning what CX is doing because it seems rather shady that they're not releasing their tracking numbers to people. Come on now. In this day and age, there should be no reason why they shouldn't be able to provide this for their customers. It's the least they could do.

That being said, it looks like all of you will be getting your helis by mid-next week (unless by some stroke of luck you get them today). Once in hand, this will all be a non-issue. Too bad it's not coming before the weekend though. I am sure that everyone that just had money debited from their accounts would have loved to start building it this weekend.
