Need help again

Dear all.
I got it, progcard, is I not II
But i don't know how setting FULL POSITON, Off POSITION and BRAKE POSITION.
With my 14MZ and 6014, i try into TX main meun, and also change line cuvre, always can't setting, something worry?
other settting is fine.
