| That's called the SD-G head. It is the full-metal head for the Sceadu Evo.
This head comes standard on the Full-Option versions of the Evo and on the Sceadu Evo EX. You can buy the full head as an upgrade to a standard Evo 30/50, but it's fairly expensive. The best price is probably RC Power Supply. Just follow the link.

The stock parts on the Sceadu Evo work great. For hard 3D, the metal head (Yoke) is a good upgrade since it offers better dampening of the spindle. While the metal seesaw and flybar carrier are stronger than stock, you won't notice much difference in performance going with the upgrades.
Hirobo bling is very pretty, but mostly unnecessary.
