Do a careful inspection of the flybar carrier for signs of stripped thread. If so, you may want to replace that part as well.
It is designed for M3x6mm but I would suggest you get two M3x8mm screws. 6mm has very limited engagement and does not get to the end of the available threads on the flybar carrier. After locktite the flange bearing to the head block and the collar, start screwing in with the flybar ball links off. While you are screwing it in, it will bottom out. Grind shorten the screw flat (using either dremel or bench grinder) little at a time until you feel no interference with the flybar. You can check by twisting the flybar (not rocking the carrier).
This will insure that you have full engagement with full functioning threads (last 1 thread on a typical screw is not fully engaging).
We had ours red locktited (without realizing how much thread actually engaged). After 4 break-in hovers for check and setup, on the 2nd flight after that, it pulled out.
