Hi Folks,
I have about 1.5 gallons thru my Extreme 50 now and really like the heli.
Today after making a flight I noticed that one of the seesaw screws, bearing and bearing collar was missing. I have been keeping a close check on these but lost one anyway. I need to order new ones and don't see anything but the bearing collar listed in the parts section of RJX's website. Does anyone know what parts to order? Rusty, can you help me out?

Thanks,
John

Give Rusty a call in the shop tomorrow 217-725-0434, the web store has been down for a few days because the web host moved it to a new server and I'm not sure it is totally back up.

You will need the following, and they come in a pair

HN70209 bearing collar
HN81036 flange bearing for center hub

you will also need a 3x6mm socket bolt, which you might have a spare in the spares bag that came with the kit

John:

Do a careful inspection of the flybar carrier for signs of stripped thread. If so, you may want to replace that part as well.

It is designed for M3x6mm but I would suggest you get two M3x8mm screws. 6mm has very limited engagement and does not get to the end of the available threads on the flybar carrier. After locktite the flange bearing to the head block and the collar, start screwing in with the flybar ball links off. While you are screwing it in, it will bottom out. Grind shorten the screw flat (using either dremel or bench grinder) little at a time until you feel no interference with the flybar. You can check by twisting the flybar (not rocking the carrier).

This will insure that you have full engagement with full functioning threads (last 1 thread on a typical screw is not fully engaging).

We had ours red locktited (without realizing how much thread actually engaged). After 4 break-in hovers for check and setup, on the 2nd flight after that, it pulled out.

Sorry our site has been down as Foxden said, we were changing over to another server making pages load faster.
The two part numbers Foxden noted are on our site and in-stock.
Thanks

Thanks for the help guys. I'll get the parts ordered sometime this week as we will be very busy at work.
red z06, thanks for that info and I understand what your saying. I went through the same process with one of my Knight 3d's.
