UPDATE: I just used the right click ,"run as administrater" and it loaded fine. You must open it the same way to get it to run.

Here's a question that's slightly off-topic; can the G2 controller be used with G3.5 software? I lost my boot disk and there's a guy selling a busted G3.5 controller in the classifieds, might make a good pair. Since I just bought a new Vista computer it might be the opportune time to upgrade.
Anyone tried it?
EDIT: Found a thread where someone tried it; no-go.

I have G2 running on Vista. Have you tried right clicking on the icon and selecting "run as administrator"?
