Hi,

Should the main fuel tank have rubber grommets on the mount tabs? Or
does it just rattle a bit in the frame?

There should be grommets in the holes

According to the Rappy manual - there's no grommets in the frame. The fuel tank lugs just sit in the frame holes.

Yeah, trying to follow the manual also. Hirobo uses grommets so I thought I better ask before I go too far in the build?

30/50 don't have gromments as they sit inside the frame, the 60/90 has gromments

I put a dab of clear silicone RTV in the frame recesses where the fuel tank nubs go - my tank's nubs look new

...yep...

Smart thing to do! Vibration will eventually cause the frame to wear through one or more of the nubs if you don't do something like this, DAMHIK...
