I used 2 servo mounting plates under each end (the little aluminum plates which are usually used on top of the servo mounts). Flipping the mounts in the collective arm works too but lifts the servo unecessarily high.

Actually if you don't do something then you need to bend the aileron levers which I'm not a fan of. I can see shimming them with servo plates, thats a good idea, but its fine just flipping them.

That doesn't look right there Andy.

These are old photos of a R50V1 with Ron Lunds metal arm on it. The TT arm looks identical. I still fly this machine from time to time.

Terry those servo mounts don't look anywhere near as deep in the U part as the one that came with the Mavrikk stuff.

The Mavrikk and the TT stuff are identical and this is exactly how it works on the TT arm. I have the TT arm on a V2 here at the shop. From the top of the servo arch to the bottom is 8mm.

I used a 150mm scale.

My aileron linkage rods rubbed the top of the tray without being shimmed. There must be a small difference in the mounting height of the servo between TMoore's photo and the Marikk (the one I use).

The one pictured uses round cross members. These are replaced with a square alumimun block with a circle cut out for the start shaft on a Mavrikk one. I will note however this has nothing to do with the aileron servo. Just making the point that if this part is different, there could be other subtle differences as well (from the one in the photo).

I have a TT arm on another Raptor and like this one it needs two servo shims of 1mm thickness to get the servo to the right height.
