Its some new fuel blend that Buzz is working on so he was having some of us run the fuel thru their machines (He called it new blend #1 - He had a #1 and a #2 there)

For its first time out it was working really well!!!

There was no dye in the fuel so thats why it looks the way it does

great event, to watch guys,

i watched it as it was pouring down with rain here in the UK, nice to see the sun was shining somewhere on the planet!

It seemd a very busy event, it is great to see someone put up a post about a show or event and see it very well supported with pilots and their machines rather than people just turning up.

It seemed a great event, thanks for sharing it. great to see someone working hard to support and show off the hobby in a big way.

I bought mymother in law a chair for xmas, but she would not plug it in.

Thanks for watching guys... Sorry about the sound issues, as time goes on we will get better at the live broadcasts and hope to share events like this with people around the world live like we have been doing...

One cool thing that was done yesterday was one of the guys attending school up in Colorado Springs had his parents out in Floriday watch him do a flight Live... Pretty cool stuff if you ask me!!

It will only get better guys!!

Hi Kirk,

How do you get your Internet connection out at the field?

Do you a nearby building with a connection or are you using a mobile (3G) connection?

It depends where we are but for the field work we are using Mobile connections...

For the live Avro build we used a connection at the shop

So what kind of bandwidth do you get in the US when using a mobile connection?

Do you use a "mobile network card" (PCMCIA, USB etc) in your laptop or are connecting via an actual phone? (via a lead or Bluetooth connection)

Just inerested as I might have a go at here in the UK...
