I think it means that 2200RPM`s is the max ; go higher at your own risk...

Already got it installed and it is perfect; with the HK3026-1210kv Scorpion and 6s1p on govenor mode(CC PH 80amp), 80% throttle it is right at 2650RPM`s of strong power, perfect!! Thanks Yardboy...
