A friend of mine have bought a Spektrum DX7 with JR DS285 servoes, and Raptor 50 Titan. I think those servoes are way to weak for that helicopter. Are there anyone out there who have tried this combo?

lol they are micro servos they would never work in a r50 now a T-rex 450 they work great I love em

Yea, those are a no go, so are the ones that come with the "full size" combo the 821s.
Tell him to try 9252s, 9452s, or something similar.

the 821 servos are great for big planks I have a friend that uses them.
get the Jr 8717 servos that is what I have and they rock!!!!!!!!!!!
